These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Aladdin88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the Aladdin88 website located at aladdin88.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, accessing the website, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Aladdin88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Aladdin88 platform and close your account. Continued access to the Services after any notification of updates to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register an Account and use the Aladdin88 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Aladdin88 operates a strict 21+ policy across all services. We do not accept registrations from individuals under this age under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with Aladdin88 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an Account with Aladdin88 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying the applicable legal position in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of Aladdin88 or any of its software, marketing, or payment service providers.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Aladdin88 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through the use of another individual's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.1 — Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Any discrepancy between the information provided during registration and the information contained in your KYC documents may delay or permanently prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Aladdin88 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Aladdin88 is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence (front and back).
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the previous 90 days.
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding the submitted identity document.
• Proof of payment method — where required by our compliance team for specific deposit methods.

Aladdin88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation.

Access to the Aladdin88 Platform is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial recreational use. You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree that you shall not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services for commercial purposes without express written permission from Aladdin88.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, or database connected to the Platform.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam via the Platform.
• Use any automated tools, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or other users' experience.

Aladdin88 reserves the right to monitor usage of the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms and may take any action it deems appropriate — including suspension or permanent closure of Accounts — in response to any breach.

Aladdin88 supports a wide range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

6.1 — Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• All deposited funds are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
• Aladdin88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Aladdin88 accepts no responsibility.
• Only funds originating from a payment account held in your own name may be deposited. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Aladdin88 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.3.

7.1 — Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Aladdin88 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion and payment provider processing times.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully completed before a withdrawal of funds derived from a bonus balance can be processed.
• Aladdin88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend standard processing times.

7.2 — Withdrawal Refusal

Aladdin88 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal request in circumstances including, but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC documentation, breach of these Terms, evidence of bonus abuse, or reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.

Aladdin88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause and any specific terms published alongside individual offers.

8.1 — General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded in MYR and are credited to the Player's bonus balance within a timeframe specified in the applicable promotion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific welcome bonus offer only once. Aladdin88 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate bonus claims across multiple Accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the bonus validity period. Bonuses that remain uncleared at expiry will be forfeited together with any associated winnings.
• During active bonus play, the maximum permitted single bet is typically capped at RM 250–500 as specified in the relevant promotion. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may be void.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.
• Aladdin88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, casino, and live dealer products available on the Aladdin88 Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each product.

• All bets are placed in MYR. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Aladdin88 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, suspicious betting patterns, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system shall govern that wager.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, suspended, or postponed, Aladdin88's applicable sport-specific rules shall determine the settlement of affected markets.
• Mix Parlay bets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other competitions are subject to the accumulator rules published within the sportsbook.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aladdin88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles Aladdin88 to take immediate enforcement action including, without limitation, voiding bets, suspending or closing Accounts, and withholding or forfeiting Account balances.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. Aladdin88 is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transaction charges with your payment provider after placing bets on the Platform.
• Abuse of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug, or loophole in Platform software for financial gain.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or credentials.

Aladdin88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Players who feel they may be developing a problematic relationship with gambling are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings.
• Session Reminders: Time-based reminders can be configured to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content published on the Aladdin88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aladdin88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Aladdin88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aladdin88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.

Aladdin88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally render parts or all of the Platform temporarily unavailable. Aladdin88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where practicable.

Either party may terminate these Terms by closing the Player Account. Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

Aladdin88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false or misleading information; chargebacks; or commercial or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination, any Real Money balance remaining in a verified, compliant Account will be processed for return to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion. Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Aladdin88 reserves the right to retain any balance as restitution for losses incurred.

Aladdin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, Aladdin88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address held on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 14.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which Aladdin88 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Aladdin88 Platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for attempted resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the Operator's governing jurisdiction.

Players are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction of residence prior to registering an Account. Aladdin88 makes no representation regarding the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.
